CATERING AND BANQUET CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
PRICES All menu prices are subject to change without notice thirty (30) days prior to the function.
MENU SELECTIONS Menu selections are requested a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the event. Absolutely no food or beverage can be brought in from outside sources without prior consent from the catering department. Rental charges will be applied if food or beverage is brought in from outside sources.
GUARANTEES Guaranteed attendance for all meal functions must be received no later
than 11:00am forty eight (48) hours prior to scheduled food functions (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday guarantees must be received by
11:00am the preceding Friday). The guarantee may be increased after this time, but never decreased. It is The Dobson Ranch Inn policy to set 5% above the guarantee.
SERVICE CHARGES All prices are subject to Service Charge plus applicable sales tax.
AUDIO-VISUALThe Dobson Ranch Inn can supply audio-visual equipment which must be rented from local suppliers at an additional charge. All requests for audio-visual equipment must be placed one week prior to functions. A late charge will be assessed for requests less than one week prior.
BARTENDERS Bar set-up fee is $50.00 per bartender for a four (4) hour period and an additional fee may apply for extended hours per bartender.
SECURITY AND LIABILITY The Dobson Ranch Inn will not assume any responsibility for the damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the banquet rooms prior to, during, or following an event. If valuable items will be left in the banquet area it is recommended that a security patrol be retained. The Dobson Ranch Inn reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly.
PAYMENT Payment for all food, beverage, rents and miscellaneous charges are due at the end of the function. The Dobson Ranch Inn accepts charges to most major credit cards.
CANCELLATION Person(s) reserving banquet space will be billed for the amount of estimated food, beverage and rent revenues if notice of cancellation has not been received in writing three (3) weeks prior to function.
DEPOSITS A “non-refundable deposit” will be required by The Dobson Ranch Inn for all catering functions.
